A former Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, Sean Slatinsky brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to his role as Regional Vice President at Bassett Creek. Sean has held increasingly responsible leadership roles in the restoration and renovation industry for more than a decade, including as co-founder and president in the multi-state renovation and restoration company, Cornerstone Renovation Group, now a part of Bassett Creek.

His wealth of experience in operations, emergency restoration services, and process improvement makes Sean an enormous asset to the Bassett Creek team. In his role as Regional Vice President, Sean manages all facets of his regional locations, including operations, sales, finance, human resources, and customer service.

Sean focuses on developing sound strategies that serve both the business needs and the needs of the customer. He values collaboration and building a positive work culture with his team. Sean lives with his wife and children in Cumming, GA, and enjoys training for his next Ironman.
